How long will it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your return package please allow 3-5 working days for us to open and process your returned package, we will immediately issue the refund upon checking the products are not damaged and original tags are intact. The monies can then take another 1-3 working days depending on your bank to show as cleared.

If you have selected a gift card it will still be 3-5 working days to process your return but you will get e-mailed the gift card to use immediately upon us checking through your package.
