What is your return policy?

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you a gift card to use to purchase an exchange/alternative product. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods so please do not remove the tags on the garments.

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post and can only process refunds & gift cards with proof of it being signed for at our warehouse facility.

RETURNING SALE ITEMS
Any items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code can be returned however we cannot offer refunds. Once received we will issue you with a gift card to the value of your order (excluding any shipping charges) and you can use this gift card to then order an alternative product or size.
