I've made a mistake can I amend it!

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee being able to amend any details or addresses on orders once they have been placed, however in the unfortunate circumstance that you have incorrectly entered the address please contact us with your updated information and we will do our best to get corrected before its been processed.

If your package does get processed with the incorrect address we cannot take responsibility if it gets delivered to someone else, if the address is invalid it will get returned to us and we can resend it to you one more time for free (within the UK) or charge for additional postage if outside of the UK.
